Shipping policy

Pre-Orders

All hair orders placed with LaChelle & Co. are available on a pre-order basis only. Please be aware that pre-orders require a processing time of 10-15 business days. This allows us to ensure that each product meets our quality standards before it is prepared and shipped out.

 

Made-to-Order

Nails that are custom or made-to-order take 2-3 business days to process (for more detailed designs the timeframe is 7 days.). Once they're ready they will ship out the next business day.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

All on-hand items are processed and shipped out next business day via USPS. Once pre-order orders are received by us, they are shipped out next business day. The delivery time is approximately 3-5 days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once production is completed you will also be notified. When your order has then been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your orders progress.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and if your order is a pre-order or made-to-order.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.

 

International Orders

For international orders, additional customs fees or taxes may apply, depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
