Return & Exchange Policy

At LaChelle & Co., we take pride in creating soft life essentials with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy before making a purchase.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges on any of our items.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Hair extensions or hair accessories that have been opened or worn

  • Press-on nails that have been opened

  • Sale or discounted items

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly make it right.

 

 

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for returns to be processed once received.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
